Mainway Handling Systems, a custom integrator of materials handling, automation and conveyor systems is proud to announce their deal to become an official distributor of Modula Vertical Lift Modules or VLM’s. With the Modula Vertical Lift Module, you will be able to recover up to 90% of the currently occupied floor space, using the facilities’ vertical space to its fullest potential. Items are stored in units up to 46′ high, in a safe, secure environment and automatically delivered to the operator, avoiding unnecessary bending, walking and reaching for parts.
Modula guarantees maximum storage density to save the most space possible. Thanks to a height detection system, the height of each tray is measured as the tray is put away, allowing for the densest storage location to be determined in real time.
Trays can be organized for every type/size of stored item. Thanks to partitions and dividers, you can create the exact number of storage locations required and their configuration can be adjusted at any time to accommodate changes in the size or quantity of your stored items.
